Job Description

What we expect you to do 1. Proactive in identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service to customers by managing incidents to resolution 2. Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the customer site is configured, installed, tested and operational according to customer requirements 3. Take full ownership for managing the incident to resolution within the service level conditions 4. Provide telephonic support to clients when required and update the relevant systems as per TS Qatar procedures 5. Making sure all implementation and support activities meets industry standards and best practices 6. Updating skills and completing certifications on assigned areas 7. Training co-workers and customers as required Work areas: 1. Routing and switching 2. Network security 3. Voice
